Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-10 business days for us to process your refund and credit your original form of payment.
- If you return your entire order and the items meet our Return Policy, we’ll also refund your delivery costs.
- If only part of the order is returned, we’re unable to refund delivery charges.
- Delivery cost refunds (if applicable) are limited to the cost of our standard shipping option. If you selected express shipping, we’ll refund only the equivalent of standard shipping.
Gift Card Purchases: If you paid with an eGift, we’ll email you a new eGift for the refund amount.
Gift Returns: If you return a gift, the refund will go to the original payment method used for the purchase. **Gift Cards are not available in SE, DK or NO
Klarna: if you paid via Klarna, please note that once your return is confirmed, Klarna will adjust or cancel your payment plan. You will receive confirmation through the Klarna app.
