Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-10 business days for us to process your refund and credit your original form of payment.
- If you return your entire order and the items meet our Return Policy, we’ll also refund your delivery costs.
- If only part of the order is returned, we’re unable to refund delivery charges.
- Delivery cost refunds (if applicable) are limited to the cost of our standard shipping option. If you selected express shipping, we’ll refund only the equivalent of standard shipping.
eGift Purchases: If you paid with an eGift, we’ll email you a new eGift for the refund amount.
Gift Returns: If you return a gift, the refund will go to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Klarna: if you paid via Klarna, please note that once your return is confirmed, Klarna will adjust or cancel your payment plan. You will receive confirmation through the Klarna app.
