We gladly offer refunds for items purchased through this website if they are damaged during transit or have a manufacturer’s defect.
Please note: Items returned to our warehouse without prior approval will not be eligible for refunds.
To report a defect, please go to our contact us page and email us with details of the issue. Please include the order number, a description of the issue and be sure to include the following:
- 2 photos of the damaged area.
- A photo of the overall product.
- A photo of the label showing the article number.
- And if it's shoes, please include a photo of the soles.
