Yes, you can return your item in-store, as long as it was purchased from our official New Balance website.
To return in-store, please ensure the following:
1. The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
2. Provide your order confirmation email as proof of purchase
Our store team will inspect the item and process your return on the spot.
You can help us avoid packaging waste by:
1. Packing your items in the original packaging – including shoe box and original shipping box
2. Making sure you have the return label with you
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 5-10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
