To schedule a collection online:
Go to the UPS website and open the Schedule a Parcel Collection form here.
*If you are not in the UK - then please click on the Schedule a Parcel Collection link, click on the country shown at the top right hand side of the page, then from the drop-down choose Select Another country or Territory. From here, you can arrange a collection and explore the UPS options in your country.
1. Enter your tracking number exactly as shown on your prepaid label (no spaces) e.g. 1Z30R033680186XXXXX. Leave the account number field blank—it’s not required.
2. Fill in package details: number of parcels, estimated weight, and select UPS International Standard.
3. Choose your preferred pickup date and time and add any driver instructions if needed.
4. Review your request and submit it.
5. Pack your item securely, attach the return label, and keep your tracking number handy.
6. Hand the parcel to the UPS drop off location or the driver.
Arranging a collection by phone:
Have your tracking number e.g. 1Z30R033680186XXXXX pickup address, and preferred date ready.
Call UPS using the appropriate number for your country to arrange the pickup.
