If you no longer wish to keep the item(s), you’re welcome to return them within 30 days.
*60 day policy applies to orders placed between November 1st and December 31st.
1. Place the item(s) you’d like to return, in the original package or a suitable alternative. When returning shoes, place them also inside their original shoe box within your package.
2. Label your parcel:
- Attach the prepaid UPS label on top of the old shipping label. Each package has its own return label, so double-check you’re using the right one.
- Please note that your return label can be hidden between the layers of the cardboard box. Can't find your label? No worries, just head to the Retrieve Label page here.
3. Drop off or arrange a collection: Take the package to your preferred UPS drop off point.
- To find a list of UPS Drop Off Points, or to schedule a collection, please go to the UPS website and at the top of the page, you will see the Find Closest UPS Location link.
4. Get your refund:
- Once we have received, approved, and processed your return, we will notify you via email that your refund will be credited.
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the original purchase price of the product.
Please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
