Due to restrictions from the French government, there are limited Access Points available, therefore the option to have your order delivered to an Access Point is no longer possible.
If you have already placed an order to an Access Point that is no longer serviceable, your order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund issued
To ensure successful delivery at this time, we recommend signing up for UPS notifications as they will be able to provide you with up to date information on your delivery. For specific details regarding your order, please contact our customer care team.
For anyone wishing to return an order and is unable to get to a UPS access point, then we will, of course, extend the given 30 days return period until service resumes as normal.
