- Be sure to bring a valid ID and your tracking number.
- You’ll find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or by tracking your order online.
Tip: The tracking number is 18 characters long and starts with “1Z” (e.g. 1Z30R0336801864298).
Missed the Deadline? If the parcel isn’t picked up within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse and refunded to you.
