How do I use my eGift card or Gift Card?
To use your eGift or Gift Card on newbalance.co.uk
1- Expand the “Redeem Gift Card or Promo Code” section in the payment step at checkout.
2- Enter your eGift or Gift Card Number and PIN.
3- Select apply to see your new order total.
To use your eGift or Gift Card in a participating New Balance Store, simply bring your physical card or eGift email.
How do I check my eGift or Gift Card balance?
Select “Check balance” at the bottom right of our eGift/Gift Card page to check your balance.
What if I can’t find my eGift Card email?
Check your junk/spam folder if you cannot find your eGift email.
Please note that we cannot replace eGifts Cards that have been lost, stolen, or destroyed.
Can I return an eGift or Gift Card?
No, you cannot return an eGift Card.
If you return an item purchased with an eGift Card, we will email you a new eGift Card for the refunded amount.
Does an eGift or Gift Card have an expiration date?
It will last for 5 years from the moment of the purchase.
Where do I find my Gift Card Number and PIN?
Your Gift Card Number and PIN are located in your eGift email or on the back of your physical Gift Card.
