CARING FOR APPAREL In general, we recommend machine washing your apparel in cold water with similar colours, without using bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on a low heat and remember never to use dryer sheets. We also recommend that in order to keep your apparel in good condition, you can use a garment bag. This means your clothing is protected from snags caused by Velcro®, eye hooks, or other sharp objects that can be found on other clothing.
CARING FOR BAGS First, use a dry brush to remove any excess dirt and mud. Use a mild detergent and warm water to remove any stains with a sponge or towel. To dry, don’t put your bag on a heater, simply air dry at room temperature.
CARING FOR CAPS/HATS First use a vacuum brush attachment to clean off any dirt or dust. To wash the cap by hand, wet it in the shower or sink using cool water (unless the tag says otherwise, always check first) without letting it get too soaked. Next, apply shampoo or a mild detergent to a nail brush or soft toothbrush and scrub the cap clean. Rinse the residue off thoroughly (remembering not to soak the cap too much). For nylon or knit baseball caps, you can soften the fibres by mixing a few drops of conditioner in a pitcher or bucket filled with water and the water to rinse the cap after it is clean. When you are finished cleaning the cap, set it on a bowl, a balled-up towel, an inflated balloon or a hat stand. This helps it to maintain its shape while air drying. Don’t use a dryer for your caps, this can cause them to shrink.
