Due to further restrictions from the government in response to COVID-19, UPS has drastically reduced the number of serviceable access points. To save disappointment and issues with delivery, it is no longer an option to have your New Balance order delivered to an Access Point.
In the case that your order can’t be delivered to your requested address, it will be taken to your closest Access Point. Should circumstances prevent you from collecting your order, please contact our Customer Care team and they will do their best to assist you with the delivery of your order.
Any orders that are undeliverable after a certain period, will be returned to our warehouse and a refund issued.
Please note that Express Shipping is also no longer available due to the uncertainty of how delivery times may be affected.
For any question that you may have regarding an existing order or an order you may want to place, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
For anyone wishing to return an order and is unable to get to a UPS access point, then we will, of course, extend the given 30 days return period until service resumes as normal.
